ACCOUNTS CLERK

Location: Melaka

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification, preferably with LCCI qualification
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a related field will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with computerized accounting software
  • Age below 25 years
  • Meticulous and perform job with accuracy

PURCHASING CLERK

Location: Melaka

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in purchasing department
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and B. Malaysia

HR CLERK

Location: Melaka

 

Responsibilities:

  • To upkeep workers’ recruitment database and workforce records
  • Check and compile workers’ recruitment documents before submission to government authorities
  • Reconcile workers’ records and ensure records are correctly submitted by estates & mills
  • Travel to estates/mills to carry out HR audit

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably Male candidate
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

EXECUTIVE (RISK MANAGEMENT)

Location: Melaka

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessment assignments to access the effectiveness and completeness of estate/mill controls, accuracy of estate and mill operational records and efficiency of the Company’s risk profiling
  • Identify weaknesses and compliance and recommendations to Senior Management
  • Monitoring and tracking of profile updates, status of mitigation and control effectiveness to ensure risk management is embedded

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant professional qualification and with working experience in risk management would be an advantage
  • Applicant should have a combination of planning and operational experience to provide balance in driving the implementation of risk management
  • Able to focus on value creation, change management and risk management culture internalisation is added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Location: Sabah

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • 5 years relevant experience in management level, preferably in the plantation environment
  • Knowledge of the Sabah Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act, immigration administration and regulations
  • Able to handle the full range of Human Resource functions including hiring and legalizing foreign workers
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Willing to be based at the estate in Keningau, Sabah

HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Sabah

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field of study or with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Applicant with experience and knowledge of local legalisations and requirements for recruiting foreign workers is an added advantage.
  • Assist HR Department on all matters related to workers in the estate & mill.
  • Good communication, applicants who is able to speak English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
