NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT that a first interim single-tier dividend of 6 cents per share in respect of the financial year ending 30 April 2018 will be paid on 8 February 2018 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors and the Register of Members at the close of business at 5.00 pm on 26 January 2018.
A shareholder shall qualify for dividend entitlement only in respect of: –
- Shares transferred into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 4.00 pm on 26 January 2018 in respect of transfers;
- Shares deposited into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 12.30 pm on 24 January 2018 in respect of shares which are exempted from mandatory deposit;
- Shares bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
