NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a second interim single-tier dividend of 7 sen per share, in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2023 will be paid on 18 August 2023 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 27 July 2023.
A Shareholder shall qualify for dividend entitlement only in respect of: –
- Shares transferred into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 4.30 p.m.
on 27 July 2023 in respect of transfers;
- Shares deposited into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 12.30 p.m. on 25 July 2023 in respect of shares which are exempted from mandatory deposit;
- Shares bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
