NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT that a second interim single-tier dividend of 8 cents per share in respect of the financial year ending 30 April 2015 will be paid on 21 August 2015 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors and the Register of Members at the close of business at 5.00 pm on 4 August 2015.
A sharefolder shall qualifyfor dividend entitlement only in respect of: –
- Shares transferred into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 4.00 pm on 4 August 2015 in respect of transfers;
- Shares deposited into the Depositor’s Securities Account before 12.30 pm on 31 July 2015 in respect of shares which are exempted from mandatory deposit;
- Shares bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
